Reconstruction & Rebuild
Repair and rebuild damaged structures back to move-in condition: framing, drywall, flooring, and finishes, led by our in-house construction team.
Reconstruction & Rebuild
Why reconstruction stays in-house
Once mitigation is complete, most properties still need real construction work: framing, drywall, flooring, paint, and finishes. Gold Water Fire's reconstruction work is led by Construction Manager Brandon Gurr and Reconstruction Team Lead Johnny, so the same company that handled the cleanup handles the rebuild, with no second contractor to coordinate.
